2022 RI Land & Water Conservation Summit
“Sustaining and Conserving in Unprecedented Times”
Sponsor The Conference:
The 2022 Land and Water Summit explores the changing landscape of land and water conservation through the uncertainties, challenges, and opportunities that have presented themselves over the last two years.
After weathering the continuing pandemic with deep disparities across the nation, and the need to adapt to virtual settings and organizational transitions, this year’s Summit aims to foster learning and collaboration among conservation leaders throughout the state and region.
As a conference sponsor, you help keep registration fees low for the non-profits and volunteers who make land conservation work possible, helping to increase the pace of conservation in two states!
This year, we have planned a multi-day summit to expand the opportunities for land and watershed professionals and organizations, and partners like you. The RI Land & Water Conservation Summit offers endless opportunities to connect with current clients and meet new prospects. There is no other conference opportunity in Rhode Island to reach conservation leaders, government agencies from municipal to federal, colleges, other environmentally focused non-profits, foundations, and businesses all in one space.
The 2022 Summit, hosted by the Rhode Island Land Trust Council (RILTC) and Audubon Society of Rhode Island (ASRI) will be held in-person over three days and will include over 18 workshop sessions and three panel discussions on some of the state’s most pressing conservation and environmental challenges, including Climate Change & Resiliency, Solar Development & Forest Protection, and Environmental Justice. The Summit will have lots of dedicated time for networking and vending.
Other sponsor benefits include visible promotion leading up, during and after the event; complimentary event registrations; exhibit tables; and opportunities to connect with 300 conservation practitioners, community leaders, and government partners that protect and steward parks, greenways, waterways and conservation lands across Rhode Island.
